We currently ship products across India. Delivery availability will be confirmed during checkout based on your PIN code.

Processing Time

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 4–8 business days based on location and vendor.
• Delays may occur due to external factors (logistics, weather, etc.).

REDDX Thrifty is not liable for courier delays but will assist with resolution.

Tracking Orders

Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order in real time.

Failed Deliveries

• Due to incorrect address, no recipient, or unreachable number.
• Courier may attempt redelivery or return item to vendor.
• Reshipping costs may apply or order may be cancelled.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must package and dispatch orders promptly. REDDX monitors vendor performance and may take action on repeated delays.
