Platform Overview

REDDX Thrifty is an online platform connecting vendors with buyers for thrift and pre-loved fashion. REDDX does not manufacture or sell products directly.

User Eligibility

Users must be 18+ or supervised by a guardian to use the platform.

Vendor Responsibilities

• List only genuine and legal products with accurate descriptions.
• Disclose visible defects (shrinkage, stains, misprints, etc.).
• Use correct categories (Thrift or Surplus).
• Ship orders on time and define return terms clearly.
• Disclose counterfeit or imitation products.
• Violation may lead to account suspension/legal action.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account details.
• Do not misuse or hack the platform.
• Maintain respectful interactions on the platform.

Invoices & Taxes

• GST Collection : All orders placed on this platform are subject to GST as per applicable laws. GST is calculated based on the products category and product value at the time of purchase.
• Platform Responsibility : The platform will collect GST and file the necessary returns/complaints with the concerned authorities as required by law.
• Invoice Generation : A GST-compliant invoice will be generated for every order. Customers are requested to provide accurate billing details to ensure proper documentation.
• Price Transparency : The final amount shown at checkout includes product value, GST, and any other applicable charges. No additional hidden charges will be applied.
• Compliance : All tax-related processes follow the rules and regulations set by the Government of India. Any updates in tax laws will be implemented accordingly.

Payments & Pricing

• Vendors set product pricing.
• Payments processed via trusted gateways.
• REDDX acts against fraud or pricing misconduct.

Returns & Refunds

• Return valid only for vendor errors (wrong, damaged, misdescribed items).
• Must submit unboxing video proof within 24 hours.
• Refunds after inspection—original payment method or store credit.

Grievance Redressal

• Acknowledgement: within 48 hrs
• Resolution: within 30 days

Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify REDDX for any violations, misuse, or fraud linked to your account.
• Legal action may be taken for severe violations.

Limitation of Liability

• REDDX is not liable for vendor actions, third-party issues, or technical faults.
• Cases will be reviewed, and actions taken as needed.

Suspension & Termination

• Accounts may be terminated for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
• REDDX may report serious misconduct to authorities.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Kannur, Kerala.
